Laura Wilkinson Memorial Funeral Fund. Through the generosity of the community following her tragic death in 1990, the Laura Wilkinson Memorial Fund was created from which ICM can provide funds for the funeral/burial of a child 17 years or younger to families who are unable to pay for a proper funeral/burial.
